" I started my journey in an HVAC company's front office, working my way up through manufacturer training and UCSD certification in HVAC systems. As I moved through my career, I worked in the management field for over 1000 units in community management. After experiencing issues on both the vendor and the management side, I looked into filing the gaps I had found by starting my own company. I have learned hands-on training, from cleaning units to training and running my crew for remodeling units and turn-overs. " With 15 years of experience in various trades, maintenance, and home remodeling, I started my career in Property Management as a Maintenance Technician in San Diego, focusing on rental unit turnovers. Noticing a need for rental remodels, I established my first renovation company a few years later.
